Les actions du poignet seront limit\u00e9es et ces prises sont moins adapt\u00e9es pour les rebonds hauts. En revanche c\u2019est une bonne prise pour capter les balles basses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, ces prises ne sont pas adapt\u00e9es pour mettre de l&rsquo;effet lift\u00e9. Le Point de contact pour effectuer un lift, un plus proche du corps, n\u00e9cessitera beaucoup de mouvement des \u00e9paules<br>Le talon de la main est situ\u00e9 sur le dessus du manche, et incline la t\u00eate de la raquette.<br>Voici un exemple de prise semi-ferm\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;image suivante qui indique les points d&rsquo;appuis de la main. <strong>image<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"la-prise-fermee-de-coup-droit\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_prise_fermee_de_coup_droit\"><\/span>La prise ferm\u00e9e de coup droit :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilis\u00e9 par Roger Federer la plupart du temps en coup droit.<br>C&rsquo;est une prise de raquette parfaite pour d\u00e9buter \u00e0 jouer du tennis. Elle est polyvalente ; elle vous permet de jouer \u00e0 plat ou avec du lift et il vous permet de n\u00e9gocier avec pr\u00e9cision les balles hautes et basses.
